2: Take Control applet will download and go into downloads folder. Open the Mac_support folder and they will find the Remote Support Applet.

1st run (enable Screen Recording).
Run the file. A prompt will appear asking to change permissions. First option is Screen Recording and it will show as disabled. Have them click the box to so we can edit permissions.
<br>
Before editing permissions, have to click Lock icon on bottom left.
After changing permissions, it will prompt for us to close and reopen. Allow it to happen.

2nd run (enable Accessibility. Responsible for keyboard and mouse control)
Same as 1st run. Run the file. Have them enable Remote Support Applet in Accessibility box.

3rd time opening the Remote Support Applet, it will now prompt for our code. Provide them PIN enter into prompt and have them click “Send Request”
